What are the fees? Projects are priced individually & depend on number of pages, whether it requires a lift letter, premiums, etc. We also need to discuss the amount of research involved and the size of the mailing. Contact us to discuss your particular needs. The fee will include one draft for your edits and approval. If this is a Direct Mail piece to be used as your 'control' letter there will be a 1cent royalty fee for every future piece mailed.
What is the time frame? The deadline is what we agree upon together. But typically a small project will take 1-2 weeks with a larger Direct Mail package taking 2-4 weeks. Catalogs are typically 4-6 weeks. All this depends on your quick approval of the draft.
What is the best way to send my information to you? Email attachment, FAX by email, or snail mail--contact for mailing address.
What is FAX by email? Fax Thru Email processes and routes all incoming fax messages to my dedicated Fax Through Email email address.
How do I make a payment ? For a project that is two pages or less--half the payment is required upfront with the balance due on delivery. For a project that is three or more pages 1/3 of the fee is required before the project can begin. 1/3 at receipt of draft, and the final balance is due at completion.
What if I'm not satisfied? We are good listeners and ask good questions. The information you share both in discussions as well as the answers you provide on the questionaire, should give us a strong basis to complete your project to your satisfaction. We will provide you with an initial draft for your approval before the final project is submitted.
How do I see writing samples? Excerpts of Copyrighted samples will be sent to you that are similar to your type of project. |
